Roger Federer praised Rafael Nadal’s ability to develop on hard courts and grass. The Spaniard was considered the king of the sand, but he managed to succeed everywhere. He has won four US Open titles, one Australian Open title, and two Wimbledon titles.
Rafa can hurt anyone on any surface. He’s so good. He’s not just a clay-court specialist. He has improved so much on that surface over the years. He also plays very differently than before.
“He serves differently. I remember how he used to serve, and now that he has served much more, how much faster he scores points,” Federer admitted. Serena Williams praised the Big Three. The American said, “You wouldn’t believe that could happen in sport, and that happened at your time, of course, but the fights they’re facing are fantastic.”
I was watching Roger’s match the other day. I’m amazed every day what he can do, the magic he produces on the court. When I look at Novak to see how relaxed he is, how confident he is, it only radiates from him what is truly remarkable.
“Novak Djokovic said: “It is an honor and a pleasure for me to be part of the same era with these two boys. I said millions of times ago that I am the player I am today because of these guys, mainly because of the rivalries I have with two of them. I think it can only bring positive messages and values to our sport. “
