M-net Summer Games: The Games Are Opened

The first M-net Summer Games will take place at the Olympiapark Munich on June 29, starting at 3 pm.

Games, fun and excitement await you at the first outdoor gaming event in the cinema at the Olympic Lake. Not only Munich’s best FIFA player will be sought there, but also numerous activities around gaming, football and eSport await you. Finally, M-net will show the blockbuster movie “Avengers Endgame” in 3D for free.

Measuring the power of PlayStation in the open air will be a completely new experience for most participants. Together with us, M-net is looking for “Munich’s best FIFA player” as our partner and will send him directly to the final of the BFV eSports Cup powered by M-net. Also, participants in the Skill Challenge can show what they can do not only in digital football but also in real football.

Further program items are the digital car race of RaceRoom or a flight over Munich with virtual reality glasses. This is made possible by the VR app of the official city portal muenchen.de, which offers views of the state capital with 360-degree panoramic views. For anyone who travels a lot in the city, the MVG’s offer should also be worthwhile. It is presenting its new e-scooters, which will soon be added to the public transport offering.

At the end of the day, M-net will use the venue in its actual function as a cinema. At nightfall, the blockbuster “Avengers Endgame” in 3D runs free of charge for all visitors with a corresponding admission ticket. Free remaining tickets are still available and will be available from 3 pm for the opening of the M-net Summer Games.
