EM qualification: Slovakia wants to fill stadium against Wales with children

The Slovak Football Association SFZ has a creative idea to bypass the spectator exclusion in the home match against Wales. As the SFZ announced on its homepage, children under the age of 14 get free tickets for the match on 10th October in Trnava via their schools or sports clubs. A precondition for this is, however, that UEFA rejects the association’s objection to the freeze.

Due to racist chants in the match against Hungary on 9th September, Slovakia must hold the duel with the Welsh in the camera, but children under the age of 14 have been excluded from the regulation since this season. Groups of ten youngsters accompanied by an adult may also enter the stadium if the stadium is closed.

On 19th September, for example, 22,000 children were in the stadium at the Europa League match between Partizan Belgrade and AZ Alkmaar. The Slovakian association will also have to pay a fine of 20,000 euros.
