The big kickoff to the eSports Festival 2019!

On Thursday the long-awaited eSports Festival 2019 started and all participants were already on the verge of getting their hands on some of the 30,000 Euro prize money. But that’s not the only thing on the programme. From charity to fun events, everything is there!

LAN start already in the morning

Thursday at half past seven the entrance for the eSports Festival 2019 started. Since 8:30 p.m. it has been gambled that the beams bend. Once again, everything that has a rank and reputation in the Austrian scene is represented. This year “plan-B” may perform for the first time with new sponsor “Wien Energie” and also the WarKidZ have come up with something for the ESF.

24 hours for a good cause

The blue seahorses came up with a treat for this event. The whole crew around their streamer “Bierbärli” broadcasts for a good cause, 24 hours a day! All proceeds go to the St. Anna Kinderkrebsstiftung and the spectators can also win prizes! The marathon starts on Friday, 29 March at 12 p.m.

Fortnite Community Clash at the Mainstage

Another highlight of the regular tournaments is on the mainstage of the Fortnite Community Clash on Friday and Saturday, at 5 pm and 6 pm. The players can gather stage experience in a relaxed atmosphere and show the visitors of the Donauzentrum how Fortnite is played.
In any case, it will be an eventful weekend at the eSports Festival 2019. You can still drop by because the entrance is free for the visitors of the festival!
