Misfits Gaming recently changed their entire roster. Now their success is confirmed in the current results. What else was to be seen yesterday in the LEC.
Schalke decides German duel in his favour
In yesterday’s game of the German organizations (Schalke 04 eSports vs. SK Gaming) it was hot to the point. However, the currently appearing royal blues could not be stopped. The fourth of the LEC, Schalke 04, had no problems defeating the ninth in the table. For SK Gaming it doesn’t look so good anymore and you have to tremble that this split won’t be a catastrophe. Today Schalke meets the currently dominating Splyce Gaming and SK will not have it any easier against G2 eSports.
Excel beats Rogue in cellar duel
Yesterday’s duel between the two last in the standings, Excel and Rogue, brought a small surprise. Rogue, the team responsible for one of FNATIC’s three defeats, had to admit defeat against Excel. After the defeat against Misfits Gaming, Excel was too strong. It was only their second victory in the Summer Split. Today Rogue has another opponent with Vitality, who is defeatable in any case and Excel has to prove himself against Misfits Gaming, which are very strong after the roster change.
Misfits Academy Team clearly defeats FNATIC
Another defeat for FNATIC provided for the next surprise on yesterday’s matchday. Misfits Gaming seems to be literally exchanged and the risky move of the organization is more than just a success. As mentioned in our previous article, FNATIC was one of the strongest opponents we could have faced at the moment. It was a very sad day for the Midlaner of FNATIC. Nemesis’ had his birthday yesterday and was totally dominated on the Midlane by Misfits’ ‘LIDER’. League of Legends experts are already talking about ‘LIDER’ becoming one of the next bigger Midlane stars.
The only positive thing for FNATIC yesterday was that their ADC ‘Rekkles’ could finally reach the 1.500 Kills mark in pro-play.
Splyce wins exciting duel against Vitality
Splyce, who are currently in third place at the LEC, were able to clinch a must-have victory against Team Vitality yesterday. But the game wasn’t as clear as you might think. Vitality was even the leading team at times and didn’t make it easy for Splyce. But in the end Splyce could prove that they are the stronger team and that they deserve the victory for the next matchday.
G2 eSports also against Origen clearly too strong
They are currently the measure of all things, the strongest team of the LEC, possibly even the strongest team in the world. G2 eSport is simply unstoppable. After Origen, a rather strong and dangerous opponent, lurked for G2, you can take it a little easier against the last team in the standings today. FNATIC is waiting for Origen today in the game of the day. The latter proved yesterday that they can be beaten and we will see if Origen can take advantage of it today.
