Desert Night Bonus Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all of the bonuses offered at Desert Nights Casino.

1. Only players who have registered a real-money account are eligible to receive promotions. The bonuses will be given only once per household and/or per account, as per our terms of use. If a second account is opened it will be closed and all play bonuses and winnings may be voided.
2. Each promotional offer is available only once per person, family, household address, email address, credit card number, and environments where computers are shared (university, fraternity, school, public library, workplace, etc.). Players who have not made any deposits can only claim free bonus winnings one time.
3. Players must claim and receive their bonus before they start playing with their initial deposit. Requests for the bonus once players have started wagering their initial deposit will be refused.
4. Bonuses will be credited to the player’s real-money account as casino credits only (unless otherwise stated).
5. Whilst a bonus is active, the maximum bet allowed per spin or wager is $6.50 (or equivalent if using another currency), unless otherwise stated. This applies to all Desert Nights games and it is the customer’s responsibility to check the bet amount before initiating the spin. In case of breaking the maximum bet rule, any winnings will be void.
6. Players from Finland must wager 200% the advertised playthrough on all promotions received. For example, if the wagering on a bonus and deposit is 25 times, the new playthrough would be 50 times. The playthrough must be verified manually by management prior to any cash-out request.
7. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses including cashback bonuses, no-deposit bonuses etc. as well as the deposits made to redeem any aforementioned bonuses, must be wagered at least 15 times before withdrawing. Wagering on all types of Blackjack, Video Poker, Craps, American & European Roulette and Baccarat will not count towards this wagering requirement. If an excluded game is played before completion of the above wagering requirements, the casino reserves the right to void all winnings and reserve the right to close the account. For example, if a deposit of USD $100 is made and a bonus of USD $100 is redeemed, the player must wager at least USD $3,000 (USD $100 + USD $100) x 15) on applicable games prior to requesting a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests before the wagering requirements have been met will be rejected until such time as the wagering requirements have been satisfied.
8. Following the redemption of a bonus, if the player wishes to make a withdrawal which is greater than their deposit, they must have an amount greater than the sum of the deposit + bonus. For example, if a player makes a purchase US$100 and receives a bonus of USD $100, then requests a withdrawal of US$190, this will result in US$190 being returned to the player’s casino account. The player will only be able to withdraw again once their balance either exceeds USD $200 or when the promotion is removed.
9. Following the redemption of a bonus, if the player wishes to make a withdrawal which is greater than their deposit, they must have an amount greater than the sum of the deposit + bonus. Players with one or more pending withdrawals currently in their account are not eligible to receive any bonuses, promotional or otherwise, until such withdrawals are either processed or cancelled. Abuse of this policy, as defined by the casino, may result in cancellation of the player’s winnings.
11. A promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer and all promotional offers are only available to those players to whom the offer was issued directly by the casino. Promotional offers by email are for the intended recipient only and cannot be transferred.
12. Bonuses may be refused at the discretion of the management if abuse of promotions is suspected. All withdrawals will be audited and refused where there is suspected fraud or at the casino management’s discretion.
13. The Casino reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice to you. Such amendments will be effective immediately upon being posted in this “Terms and Conditions” section of the web site. It is your responsibility to review the terms and conditions on a regular basis and to check any additional rules detailed within promotional emails. Should you be unclear about any point relating to a specific promotion, it is your responsibility to contact the support team and gain a full understanding before partaking in a promotion.
14. Any promotion or offer is terminable at any time in accordance with the views of management without prior notice or obligation.
15. The management reserves the right to disqualify certain countries or individual promotional offers. Promotional offers via email, telephone or mail are extended only to the player whom the correspondence is addressed.
16. The terms and conditions contained herein represent the complete, final and exclusive agreement between you and the Casino and supersede and merge all prior agreements, representations and understandings between you and the Casino with regards to the claiming of any promotional or bonus offers.
17. Any bonus of more than 100% is sticky and non-cashable (unless otherwise stated).
18. For account verification and fraud prevention purposes, all players must make a deposit before they can withdraw. One time rollover is attached to such deposit.
19. Free Bonus Rules:

Sometimes Desert Nights Casino offers promotions in which players receive a bonus with no previous deposits required (E.g. Free Money). Below you will find the rules that players must follow when it comes to free-money promotions.

1. Members who have not made at least one deposit at the Casino can only claim a free-money offer once, including but not limited to: welcome bonus, no-deposit bonus, birthday bonus and free-spins. Any winnings from additional free-money will be void.
2. Desert Nights Casino is aware that some free-bonus links may be posted on other sites or forums, or the information that the potential player received has been sent to others who didn’t receive it. 4. The maximum redemption amount that players can obtain due to winnings made from existing and previous free-money promotions is USD $50.00 (unless stated otherwise). Any funds left from free winnings will be immediately removed from the player’s account after processing the payout. The person who tries to go above this limit will have the funds removed from his/her account.
5. Withdrawals from free-bonus promotions of $25 to $50 are only processed when a copy of a utility bill is received, matching the address registered on your Desert Nights account.
6. The entire bonus amount must be played before requesting a withdrawal. To be able to withdraw funds from free money players need to wager 40 times the amount of the bonus received, players with no deposits made within the last 14 days will be subject to this rule. An example is if you receive a free $5 sign up bonus, you must wager $200 before you are able to cash out any winnings. Wagers made on Roulette, Craps, Baccarat, Video Pokers and any type of Black Jack games do not count towards meeting the wagering requirements.
7. 8. Winnings made on duplicate accounts will automatically be voided and removed from the player’s accounts.
9. Customers cannot redeem multiple free-bonuses/free-spins offer consecutively: When a customer uses two or more free bonuses without making a real money deposit in between, management reserves the right to void any bonuses and winnings.

Casinoland Bonus Terms and Conditions

1. All bonuses are limited to one per person, one per household, one per computer or one per IP unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to close any accounts and void any bets, bonus and winnings if the account was created or used through the use of IP or geolocation masking technologies (including but not limited to VPN, Proxy Servers etc).
2. The deposit and possible winnings connected to the bonus will be locked to the casino until the wagering requirements have been completed.

7. We reserve the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings for irregular or abusive play when playing with bonus tied funds, if players are found to have committed or attempted to commit bonus abuse, Casinoland reserve the right to exclude the Account Holder from any future promotional offers, and terminate the Account Holder’s account with immediate effect.
8. *Irregular or abusive play with bonus funds includes, but is not limited to:

   2. -Breach of bonus terms and conditions
   3. -Opening of multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses
   4. -Betting on low risk roulette bets which include any outside spread combination on covering 25 or more of the numbers on the table or betting Red and Black, Odd or Even.
9. Until the wagering requirements have been met, the maximum bet that can be placed with bonus tied funds is €5. This includes double up wagers after the game round has been completed. For example, wagering winnings from X game round on red/black.
10. Should you play on the excluded games (0%) before meeting the wagering requirements, you agree that Casinoland hold the right to void any winnings made from such games at its discretion.
11. Players can request a withdrawal of their deposited amount prior to meeting the wagering conditions. However, the bonus balance will be forfeited.
12. All deposit and free cash bonuses will expire after 30 days.
13. Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry of the bonus.
14. Bets are deducted from the player’s cash balance. If no cash balance is available, then the bet placed is deducted from the player’s bonus balance.
15. Bonuses can be removed prior to any wagering conditions being met. Please contact Casinoland support or use the forfeit button under the “My Account”.
16. Only one bonus can be claimed at one time. Deposit related bonuses cannot be “stacked”.
17. Winnings from “free spin” or “bonus” features initiated with bonus funds but completed after the bonus has been wagered, lost or forfeited will be removed.
18. Players using Skrill or Neteller will be excluded from the welcome bonuses. Future bonuses can be claimed using these payment methods.
19. Casinoland management reserve the right to void any bonuses and/or winnings obtained by fraudulent behaviour. Casinoland have a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse and bonus related fraudulent activity. If any bonus abuse or bonus related fraudulent activity is suspected, we reserve the right to stop any further bonuses and promotions to a players account.
20. Casinoland management have the right to update these terms at any time.

No deposit bonuses

No-deposit bonuses are capped to a maximum withdrawal of €100. Any balance exceeding this amount will be removed from the account.

Free spins bonuses

1. Casinoland may offer promotional bonuses for X amount of game spins for a pre-defined deposit amount, across specified video slots. The coin and line value per spin will be pre-defined and you will not be able to change it.
2. Winnings from any spin related bonus will be credited to your bonus balance, which is subject to the standard bonus terms and conditions, as outlined above.
3. Once a spin bonus has been awarded, you have 7 days to use the spins before they expire and are removed from your account.
