Bonus Terms & Conditions

When participating in any bonus promotional offers (free chips / deposit matches / comp points / cashback / manager bonuses etc.) the Player is responsible to check and understand bonus rules. By redeeming any bonus the Player agrees to the below general bonus terms.

1. All casino bonuses are subject to wagering requirement. The bonus needs to be wagered X amount of times before any payout is permitted. The bonus money will be deducted from any associated payout.
2. As of fair gaming importance, there is a limit on maximum bet size allowed to be placed during the playthrough of any promotion bonuses (including cash back offers). $10 is the maximum bet amount permitted unless specifically stated otherwise. Betting above $10 during an active playthrough will result in any winnings voided.
3. Wagering needs to be completed on specific game selection. Any wagers made on excluded games from the wagering while using the bonus will be considered void. Player must be aware of bonus terms when claiming any promotional offers.
4. Each game may contribute differently for the bonus wagers. The Player can check the contribution table in the cashier section of their account after redeeming a bonus for details.
5. No bonus is automatically added to Player account by the Casino. If the Player wishes to claim promotional bonus then the coupon code needs to be redeemed before a deposit is made.
6. Only one free bonus is allowed prior to first deposit. If there is more than one bonus claimed without making a deposit any winnings will be considered void.
7. All bonuses will be given only once per address / computer / IP address / household / player / account as per general terms of use. If multiple accounts are opened the casino reserve the right to disable the account and void any remaining account balance.
8. While claiming a bonus any wagers are made from player cash balance first then the bonus funds.
9. Any winnings from feature guarantee games / comp points / slots tournaments / Progressive Jackpot Games or any other events are subject to the bonus terms used when win was accumulated.
10. Casino sends promotional offers using various media, only original recipient of the offer is eligible to use it.
11. There is a maximum cash out limit on all non-deposit bonus offers. Any bonus claimed prior the first deposit will be subject to 5 x max cash out ($50 bonus = $250 max cash out), any other free bonuses claimed after initial deposit is made are subject to 10 x max cash out ($50 bonus = $500 max cash out). These rules apply to any non-deposit bonus unless stated otherwise.
12. All free no-deposit bonuses have a time frame of 30 days unless stated otherwise. If the terms of the bonus are not fulfilled in that timeframe any remaining balance will be removed.
13. All Network Progressive games are excluded from any non-deposit coupons (sign up / free spins / cash back etc.)

16. There is no maximum cash out limit on any deposit bonus offers (including first deposit Welcome Offer) unless stated otherwise.
17. Any winnings accumulated on Slots Tournaments on accounts with no deposit made, need to be wagered fifty times before cash out is permitted.
18. Bonuses may be refused if abuse of promotions is suspected. All withdrawals will be audited and refused where there is suspected fraud / abuse or at the casino management’s discretion.

4. Important 1: Do not create more than one account. The Casino does not allow multiple accounts. 1.2. How to use the Bonus

1. Bonuses can be used only in video slots of specific game studios. All bonus eligible game icon images are marked with ‘bonus’ badge. These are video slots from the following game studios: BetConstruct, Endorphina, Habanero, iSoftBet, NetEnt, Playson, Pragmatic.

1.3. How to withdraw winnings from the Bonus

1. All bonuses have specific requirements that need to be met before the bonus and all winnings become available for withdrawal. For deposit bonuses, the gaming amount is required to be wagered 35 times in bonus eligible games while free bonuses are required to be wagered 99 times, unless stated otherwise in the promotional description. If the bonus requirements are not met during the 7 days after the bonus was activated, the bonus will expire.
2. Important 1: Please be aware that the maximum bet allowed per game round during bonus play is 8% of the value of the bonus credited to your account, but not higher than 5 EUR/USD/GBP/AUD/CAD/NZD or 50 SEK/NOK/DKK until such a time as wagering requirements have been met. 3. Since withdrawals are not available while the bonus is active, both the bonus and the deposit will be locked on the Bonus Balance until wagering requirements are met. For the benefit of the player, any amount deposited above the maximum amount on which a percentage bonus is awarded will not be held under any wagering requirement and will remain on the real money balance. When the bonus requirements are met, the bonus balance will be automatically moved to the real money balance. However, the withdrawal can still be made, but it will permanently deactivate the bonus and cancel all winnings made by using it. Also, please be aware that when using a bonus, your deposited funds will be spent before the bonus, and the withdrawal will only be available if there are enough funds for a minimum allowed withdrawal. For the customer’s convenience, a bonus payout can be automatically adjusted to a maximum allowed amount upon successful bonus conversion, if necessary.

4. CASHBACK / REBATE TERMS

4.1. What rebate is and how it works

1. Rebate is a kind of refund, not full of course, but partial. It returns a share of what you lost on the previous day.
2. There are no limitations to the maximum allowed rebate payment you can receive, but to receive it, you have to generate minimum specified rebate payment amount in a single game during a day. This is the only requirement.

4.2. Things you should know

1. Note: The default bonus conversion rates at the Casino do not apply to cashback. All cashback calculations are only done in EUR.
2. Tip: Cashback or rebate is a great alternative to bonuses because it does not bind you to any requirements or rules. It is paid in wager free money straight to your real money balance and without any limits.
3. Important: Only finished game rounds will count towards rebate calculations. Leaving unfinished game rounds to impact rebate payments is viewed by the Casino as promotional abuse. Winnings from such rounds will be void prior to withdrawal.

5. TERMS THAT APPLY TO ALL PROMOTIONS

5.1. Promotional Abuse

1. The Casino has a zero tolerance policy towards promotional abuse and offer-related fraudulent activity on accounts. Promotions at the Casino are intended as reward to regular and valued customers. In order to continuing giving the best possible offers to valued customers, it is necessary to ensure that promotional abuse does not take place. Accordingly, before any withdrawals are processed, all play will be reviewed for irregular playing patterns that may constitute promotional abuse.
2. Examples of promotional abuse may include, but are not be limited to:
   1. Equal, zero or low margin bets or hedge betting.
   2. Decreasing your stake amount by 40% or more (compared with your maximum bet since the award of the bonus) after a large win for the purpose of clearing wagering requirements while a bonus is still active.
   3. Two tier betting (where large bets are placed on high variance games or outcomes, before switching to lower variance games or outcomes to clear wagering requirements).
   4. Affiliate CPA or revenue share abuse.
   5. Using a proxy or a VPN or masking IP your address.
   6. Using more than one account.
   7. Playing more than one game at a time.
   8. Wagering of bonus money on excluded games.
   9. Re-starting unfinished game rounds in bonus video slots after the bonus was lost or expired.
   10. Bonus stacking (where multiple deposits are made to claim multiple bonuses or free spins, before original bonus or free spin wagering requirements are met)
3. Players agree that games may become open to abuse against best efforts of the Casino to limit such abuse. Should such situation arise, the Casino will to the best of its ability to impose specific conditions in relation to awarded offers and will expect the user to act within the boundaries of reason and refrain from employing game play with intent to abuse said offer.

5.2. Other

1. All promotion launch and expiration dates are in UTC (Coordinated Universal Time).
2. The Casino reserves the right to review transaction records and logs at anytime. If, upon such review, it appears that customer/s are participating in strategies that the Casino deems to be abusive, the Casino reserves the right to revoke the entitlement of such customer to the promotion or block the customer’s account.
3. If a customer is deemed by the Casino to use any form of promotional offer or bonus to intentionally create a positive expected or estimated value, any credited bonus amounts shall be cancelled and subtracted from the customer’s account.
4. All the promotional offers are at the sole discretion of the Casino and may be cancelled, edited or expire at any time. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow any changes.
5. The General Bonus Terms are subject at all times to Terms and Conditions.

Wunderino Casino Spring Treasures Season Bonus

1. Current season ends June 13th at 23:59 CEST. The winners will be announced 14th June.
