Washington Forces Decisive Seventh Game

The Washington Nationals have forced a decisive seventh game in the final series of the North American Baseball League MLB.
The team from the US capital won the sixth game of this year’s World Series against Houston Astros 7-2.
The Nationals turned a 2-1 deficit into a 2-3 lead in the fifth inning with Adam Eaton and Juan Soto’s solo Homeruns. With a Two-Run-Homerun in the seventh inning, Anthony Rendon increased the lead of the Nats to 5:2. In the ninth inning, the 29-year-old Rendon provided the later final score with a Two-Run-Double.
Washington’s starting pitcher Stephen Strasburg convinced with seven strikeouts in eight innings. In the Best-of-Seven series, the score is 3-3 even after six games. The decisive seventh game will again be played in Houston, Texas, on Wednesday.
