Welcome Deposit Flexi bonuses and certain existing customer flexi bonuses – in order to withdraw these bonuses and any associated winnings you must wager an amount equal to 50 x the amount of the bonus awarded. Please always check the terms and conditions of the offer.

New Player No Deposit Bonuses – these are bonuses granted to new players that haven’t had to make a deposit – these bonuses come with 100x wagering. The maximum amount that can be withdrawn from this promotion is £50. Any cash balance over this amount will be removed when you withdraw.

4. When can I withdraw?

That’s the best thing about our bonuses, you can withdraw your cash balance at any time! All that happens is you forfeit your current bonus balance at the time of withdrawal. If you don’t want to lose your bonus, simple carry on wagering until you have met the applicable wagering requirements. But remember your cash balance is yours whenever you want it.

5. Do I have to take a bonus?

Flexi Bonus – How it works

1. Flexi Bonus is the name of our new bonus system that allows you to withdraw your cash balanceat any time.
2. It works on a principle we call *Bonus to Cash ratio*(BCR). BCR is the percentage split between your total cash balance and your current bonus balance.
3. When you have an active Flexi Bonus and wager on a game, the amount you wager will come from your cash balance and your bonus balance at your BCR ratio at the time of the wager being placed. Winnings are also allocated back to your cash and bonus balance in the same ratio as they were placed.
4. We have set out below some examples to explain this, based on a new customer who has signed up and deposited £20 and received a 100% match bonus (£20 bonus).

Example 1 – Deposit £20 and get £20 bonus
£20 Cash Balance and £20 Bonus balance would be a 50% / 50% BCR
£20 Cash plus £20 Bonus = £40 total balance (50% made up of cash and 50% made up of bonus)
Using example 1 above – If you wager £10, £5 will come from your cash balance and £5 from your bonus balance. If you win £20 from this wager, £10 (50% of the win) will go into your cash balance and £10 (50% of the win) will go into your bonus balance. The £25 cash balance is available for you to withdraw but the £25 bonus balance will be subject to wagering requirements.
Example 2 – Currently have £10 cash and £10 bonus balance and deposit £20 cash with no bonus match
£30 Cash Balance and £10 Bonus balance would be a 75% / 25% BCR
£30 Cash plus £10 Bonus = £40 total balance (75% made up of cash and 25% made up of bonus)
Using example 2 above – If you wager £10, £7.50 will come from your cash balance and £2.50 from your bonus balance. If you win £20 from this wager, £15 (75% of the win) will go into your cash balance and £5 (25% of the win) will go into your bonus balance. The £37.50 cash balance is available for you to withdraw but the £12.50 bonus balance will be subject to wagering requirements.
If you only use bonus as you have no cash balance to wager, your Bonus to Cash ratio (BCR) will be 100%, and therefore all of your wagering and winnings will be debited/ credited from/to your bonus balance.
What happens when I complete wagering on a bonus – when you complete the full wagering on the bonus, your entire bonus balance will be transferred to your Cash balance and become available for you to withdraw.
Remember bonuses still have wagering requirements dependent on the type of bonuses they are. At the time of any associated wagering on your bonus account being completed the entire bonus balance will be transferred to the cash balance.

GENERAL BONUS, FRAUD, SOFTWARE BUGS & CHEATING Terms and Conditions

1.  Bonus SITE’s bonus terms are incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions and can be accessed at www.casinoroom.com/bonuses/. In the event of any conflict between the terms set out in this document and the bonus terms, the terms set out in this document will apply.
2. Bonus funds may be credited to Your account as part of a promotion, loyalty or other marketing campaigns. If a bonus campaign has in any way been misconfigured, SITE has the right to alter player balances and account details to correct the mistake.

15. Software Bugs Player agrees not to attempt to exploit any error, virus, bug, defect or inconsistency (“Bug”) found in the Software, to their advantage, or to the disadvantage of other players, at any time.
16. Furthermore, Player agrees to report any such Bug to customer service immediately upon discovery of same.
17. If the Services contains a bug or misconfiguration that causes incorrect behaviour or payout, SITE has the right to remove the game and void any related Bets and winnings, which were placed after the Bug began causing incorrect behaviour on a game.
18. Cheating Any form of cheating on the SITE, as determined at SITE’s sole discretion, is strictly prohibited.
19. Cheating includes any form of manipulation of the outcome of the hand or game so that the odds of winning are changed to favour the Player. In particular, and without limitation, cheating includes any form of ‘collusion’ as that term is commonly understood in the industry.

Casinoland Bonus Terms and Conditions

1. All bonuses are limited to one per person, one per household, one per computer or one per IP unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to close any accounts and void any bets, bonus and winnings if the account was created or used through the use of IP or geolocation masking technologies (including but not limited to VPN, Proxy Servers etc).
2. The deposit and possible winnings connected to the bonus will be locked to the casino until the wagering requirements have been completed.

7. 8. *Irregular or abusive play with bonus funds includes, but is not limited to:

9. Until the wagering requirements have been met, the maximum bet that can be placed with bonus tied funds is €5. This includes double up wagers after the game round has been completed. For example, wagering winnings from X game round on red/black.
10. Should you play on the excluded games (0%) before meeting the wagering requirements, you agree that Casinoland hold the right to void any winnings made from such games at its discretion.
11. Players can request a withdrawal of their deposited amount prior to meeting the wagering conditions. However, the bonus balance will be forfeited.
12. All deposit and free cash bonuses will expire after 30 days.
13. Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry of the bonus.
14. Bets are deducted from the player’s cash balance. If no cash balance is available, then the bet placed is deducted from the player’s bonus balance.
15. Bonuses can be removed prior to any wagering conditions being met. Please contact Casinoland support or use the forfeit button under the “My Account”.
16. Only one bonus can be claimed at one time. Deposit related bonuses cannot be “stacked”.
17. Winnings from “free spin” or “bonus” features initiated with bonus funds but completed after the bonus has been wagered, lost or forfeited will be removed.

No deposit bonuses

No-deposit bonuses are capped to a maximum withdrawal of €100. Any balance exceeding this amount will be removed from the account.

Free spins bonuses

1. Casinoland may offer promotional bonuses for X amount of game spins for a pre-defined deposit amount, across specified video slots. The coin and line value per spin will be pre-defined and you will not be able to change it.
2. Winnings from any spin related bonus will be credited to your bonus balance, which is subject to the standard bonus terms and conditions, as outlined above.
