Casinoland Bonus Terms and Conditions

1. All bonuses are limited to one per person, one per household, one per computer or one per IP unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to close any accounts and void any bets, bonus and winnings if the account was created or used through the use of IP or geolocation masking technologies (including but not limited to VPN, Proxy Servers etc).
2. The deposit and possible winnings connected to the bonus will be locked to the casino until the wagering requirements have been completed.
3. Players from the following countries are not permitted to receive the first deposit bonus and or any deposit bonuses unless otherwise stated: Poland, Bulgaria, Hungary, Romania, Croatia, Ukraine, India, Pakistan, Indonesia, Russia, and Thailand.
4. If not stated otherwise each offer is valid only during the date it was originally sent.

   5. **The use of bonus funds purely to progress through the bonus stages is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to games such as Scrooge, Devil’s Delight, Champion of the Track, Robin Hood, The Wish Master, Castle Builder, Castle Builder 2 and Tower Quest can result in the winnings being voided.
7. We reserve the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings for irregular or abusive play when playing with bonus tied funds, if players are found to have committed or attempted to commit bonus abuse, Casinoland reserve the right to exclude the Account Holder from any future promotional offers, and terminate the Account Holder’s account with immediate effect.
8. *Irregular or abusive play with bonus funds includes, but is not limited to:
   1. -Exceed maximum bet
   2. -Breach of bonus terms and conditions
   3. -Opening of multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses
   4. -Betting on low risk roulette bets which include any outside spread combination on covering 25 or more of the numbers on the table or betting Red and Black, Odd or Even.
9. Until the wagering requirements have been met, the maximum bet that can be placed with bonus tied funds is €5. This includes double up wagers after the game round has been completed. For example, wagering winnings from X game round on red/black.
10. Should you play on the excluded games (0%) before meeting the wagering requirements, you agree that Casinoland hold the right to void any winnings made from such games at its discretion.
11. Players can request a withdrawal of their deposited amount prior to meeting the wagering conditions. However, the bonus balance will be forfeited.
12. All deposit and free cash bonuses will expire after 30 days.
13. Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry of the bonus.
14. Bets are deducted from the player’s cash balance. If no cash balance is available, then the bet placed is deducted from the player’s bonus balance.
15. Bonuses can be removed prior to any wagering conditions being met. Please contact Casinoland support or use the forfeit button under the “My Account”.
16. Only one bonus can be claimed at one time. Deposit related bonuses cannot be “stacked”.
17. Winnings from “free spin” or “bonus” features initiated with bonus funds but completed after the bonus has been wagered, lost or forfeited will be removed.
18. Players using Skrill or Neteller will be excluded from the welcome bonuses. Future bonuses can be claimed using these payment methods.
19. Casinoland management reserve the right to void any bonuses and/or winnings obtained by fraudulent behaviour. Casinoland have a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse and bonus related fraudulent activity. If any bonus abuse or bonus related fraudulent activity is suspected, we reserve the right to stop any further bonuses and promotions to a players account.
20. Casinoland management have the right to update these terms at any time.

No deposit bonuses

No-deposit bonuses are capped to a maximum withdrawal of €100. Any balance exceeding this amount will be removed from the account.

Free spins bonuses

1. Casinoland may offer promotional bonuses for X amount of game spins for a pre-defined deposit amount, across specified video slots. The coin and line value per spin will be pre-defined and you will not be able to change it.
2. Winnings from any spin related bonus will be credited to your bonus balance, which is subject to the standard bonus terms and conditions, as outlined above.
3. Once a spin bonus has been awarded, you have 7 days to use the spins before they expire and are removed from your account.

1. No Deposit Bonuses

Unless stated otherwise, all No Deposit Bonuses are subject to the following terms and conditions:

1.1. All No Deposit Bonuses valued above $50 come with a cash-out limit equal to the value of the bonus. No Deposit Bonuses cannot have max cash-out of over $100. Please note that some offers may include a max cash-out condition equal to 3 times the bonus amount, which is to be stated in Terms and Conditions of a particular bonus.

1.3. Players cannot claim multiple free bonuses consecutively. Claiming more than one No Deposit Bonus automatically voids winnings to be withdrawn.

1.4. All No Deposit Bonuses are subject to the Wager Requirements and Maximum Withdrawal Limits listed above (unless otherwise stated).

1.5. Once a player has met the Wager Requirements and is able to make a withdrawal, any amount that is over the Maximum Withdrawal Limit will be removed from the balance, as the player will not be able to withdraw these funds.

1.6. Redemption of no deposit bonus is only entitled to one account per person, per household or per computer. Customers with multiple accounts who are redeeming just free bonuses or coupons could be grounds for locking all accounts with all transactions on winnings forfeited.

1.7. Each no deposit promo offered may have different restrictions depending on the promotion sent by the casino and/or its affiliates. Please read the restriction on the free cash bonus before using it. Improper use of the no deposit bonus may result in forfeiture of winnings.

1.8. No deposit bonuses cannot be used to play the progressive games; usage of the free bonuses in progressive games would nullify all winnings.

1.9. Additional terms and conditions of the No Deposit Bonuses:

Upon requesting for the withdrawal of the winnings, the player shall place at least one deposit to verify the account in the system. The list of documents listed in p. 8 (Withdrawal Procedure at BoVegas online casino) shall be provided prior to requesting for the withdrawal. The min amount of the withdrawal starts with $100; following up on that, the player will be required to place a deposit, equal to the difference between min withdrawal amount and max cashout won from the No Deposit Bonus (unless otherwise stated). The amount of the placed deposit shall be additionally subject to bets in the face amount of the deposit done prior to requesting for the cashout.

2. Free Chips

Unless stated otherwise, all Free Chips are subject to the following terms and conditions:

2.1. The bonus amount must be wagered a minimum of 40 times for slot games (namely, Video slots, 3-reel slots, Keno, Bingo, and Scratch Cards); 45 times for card games (Video poker, Blackjack, Blackjack multi-hand, Tri-Card Poker, Three Card Rummy, and Texas Hold’em Bonus Poker); or 60 times for roulette (American and European roulette; with outside bets disabled). 2.3. Players cannot request for multiple Free Chips consecutively. If the player has played with one Free Chip and is subsequently willing to claim another one, a real-money deposit needs to be made in the interim for the player to be eligible to claim the second Free Chip. Please note that in order to qualify for the Free Chip, there shall be at least $60 deposit (either in total or by one transaction since the last Free Chip played, unless otherwise offered by Account manager). Any winnings resulting from multiple free chips will be void. 2.6. While mixing deposits and Free Chips is not allowed, BoVegas Online Casino is aware that this may happen from time to time. Unless stated otherwise, all Free Spins offers are subject to the following terms and conditions:

4. Match Bonuses

4.2. Match bonuses for card games (Video poker, Blackjack, Blackjack multi-hand, Tri-Card Poker, Three Card Rummy, and Texas Hold’em Bonus Poker): the total playable amount (deposit + bonus) must be wagered a minimum of 35 times (unless otherwise stated). The player shall not place bets / stakes on games other than stated under Terms and Conditions of the Match bonus (unless otherwise stated); otherwise, the winnings might be void due to playing excluded games.

4.3. Match Bonuses for roulette games (American and European Roulette): the total playable amount (deposit + bonus) must be wagered a minimum of 60 times (unless otherwise stated). The player shall not place bets / stakes on games other than stated under Terms and Conditions of the Match bonus; otherwise, the winnings might be void due to playing excluded games. Should the player be identified in placing outside bets while playing Roulette games with bonuses or using any kind of Roulette strategy (like Martingale or other), the casino management reserves the right to void the winnings.

4.4. If a Player has chosen to use a bonus or promotion, it is the sole responsibility of the Player to ensure that any applicable Wagering requirements are met before requesting a withdrawal. Failure to meet the wagering requirements will result in the withdrawal request being denied.

4.5. Claiming multiple bonuses: The player may not mix or combine promotions / bonuses. If multiple bonuses are mixed, the player’s casino winnings may be removed at the time of withdrawal. Please be sure to use only one bonus at a time. Unless otherwise indicated by the casino management, the player cannot claim any Free Chips if there is a pending withdrawal in place or if the player has an existing balance.

5. Weekly Cashback

5.1. 6. Comp Points

6.1. Comp points are accrued while playing games at the casino.

6.2. Every time you wager $10 in bets, you earn 1 Comp Point, 100 Points = $1. The minimum amount of Comp Points that can be redeemed is 100. VIP customers earn more comp points for every wager made, according to the player’s VIP class – for more details, please address to your VIP host.

6.3. There is neither wagering attached nor max cashout to the comp points once redeemed.

6.4. Match bonuses cannot be claimed on top of the comp points redeemed as both are recognized as different types of bonuses.

6.5. Any comp points accrued before the first successful deposit, or any winnings derived from them are subject to the maximum cashout restriction of the no deposit bonus used.

7. Additional Terms and Conditions applicable to all the bonuses

7.1. Only players who have registered Real Money Accounts are eligible to receive Promotions. Only one Real Money Account per player is permitted. Multiple accounts will be suspended. Players who register multiple accounts (including accounts with different personal details) will not be eligible to receive any bonuses or winnings, and all withdrawals will be cancelled and winnings void.

7.3. Unless otherwise specified by the Casino; all promotional funds (bonus amount) stay in the house upon completing the wagering. 7.8. 7.9. If a Player decides to take a bonus or promotion, it is the Player’s sole responsibility to check that any associated wagering requirements are met by contacting Customer Support before requesting a cash-out. 7.10. Wagers placed on each type of game will contribute different amounts towards the wagering requirement in corresponding bonuses taken:

Slots, Video Slots, Keno and Scratch Cards – 1.00

Card Games – 0.25

Video Poker – 0.25

Roulette – 1.00

For example, $1 wagered on Slots will reduce the wagering requirement by $1, while $1 wagered on Video Poker will reduce the wagering requirement by $0.25.

7.11. If a bonus has a time frame and the conditions are not met within this time frame, the bonus and any winnings from the bonus will be removed.

7.12. If players do not wish to receive bonuses, then they can play with no restrictions by simply not redeeming any coupons. If a coupon is claimed by error/mistake, please contact Customer Support by email, phone or Live Chat before depositing or playing so that an account can be adjusted accordingly.

7.13. Utilization of a coupon shall be deemed to represent acceptance of all terms and conditions associated with the use of promotional coupons stated above. 7.17. Casino reserves the right to modify / change these terms and conditions at any time, the bonus is on the player to keep up to date with changes and modifications made.

7.18. The Terms and Conditions contained herein represent the complete, final and exclusive agreement between you as a Player and the Company and supersede and merge all prior agreements, representations and understandings between you and the Company with regards to the claiming of any promotional or bonus offers.

1. 8. Any winnings accrued from a technical malfunction of the software or casino, will be voided and removed from the player’s account. Any deposit(s) involved will be refunded to the player’s account and may be cashed out for the original deposit(s) amount.
9. 11. Winnings can be void if player account is in any way linked to other account(s) where chargeback(s) have been placed within the inter-casino security network.
12. In order to request a withdrawal, our system requires a verification deposit of the minimum amount ($/€/£25) or (R250) into the casino with the same method that you will use to withdraw. This is done in order to link your withdrawal method account with your casino account.
