What Is the Cashier ?
When working in casinos, a Cashier is the assigned employee that handles all the chips and money. Cashiers in casinos work in an area called the Cage. The Cage is the area where chips and money are being exchanged, making it the casino’s centre of monetary activity. They are also the ones held responsible for the administration of chips and money when it comes to its exchange and even its paperwork.
Following the standard gambling regulations, there are even some casinos that require their cashiers to carry out references or credit checks on prospective players.
In online terms, the cashier is the screen where the players will be withdrawing or depositing funds.
